What is the LinkedIn Content Mix skill?
The LinkedIn Content Mix skill turns posting into a plan. It assigns each post one of five types (educational, offer, build in public, personal brand, sales enablement) and balances the week so you build an audience before you ask it for anything.
It's written as a SKILL.md, a plain-language instruction format that people and AI agents can both follow. Use it to plan your own week, brief a ghostwriter, or let the LinkedIn Agent plan for you.
Downloading the playbook is free with a Moonrank account. Keeping the mix balanced week after week is what the LinkedIn Agent does for you.
See it in action
“I post five times a week and nobody ever DMs me. What's wrong with my plan?”
All five posts last week were advice, and none told readers what you sell or asked them to reply. The plan keeps three educational posts, turns Wednesday into an offer post with a comment keyword, and makes Friday a personal post built on your own numbers. Offer content stays around 15% of the month.

When to reach for it
- Plan next week's posts in one sitting.
- Stop posting advice that never turns into pipeline.
- Fit a launch into the week without turning the feed into ads.
- Brief a ghostwriter with a plan instead of a list of topics.
- Find out which of your past posts are worth repeating.
